The Mountaineers, The Climb Leader Website With hundreds of climb leaders scheduling many hundreds of climbs annually, a solution was needed for the very cumbersome method in which volunteers organized the schedule and contacted leaders for changes where schedules conflict. We designed the database driven climb leader site to eliminate the manual process. The password protected site allows climb leaders, from any web connection, to schedule their climbs, review the climb schedule and trip reports, research the climb guides, maintain their telephone and address information, and file a trip report at the completion of the climb. |
