We provided a web browser based intranet solution for corrections from the field from bankers and brokers, to log interactions from telephone support with customers or brokers, and to track application updates as they occurred. Upon logging in, depending on whether the person was support, a broker, a banker, or management, each would have a different home page delivered, seamlessly, which dealt specifically with the accounts relating only to them.
